Michel Lynch 2002
To be honest, I’m yet to develop an appreciation for Bordeaux wines. Michel Lynch is a wine from the Medoc, a very “clean” and drinkable Cabernet Merlot. Descent nose and a fruity taste. A bit dry, but not too much, and enjoyed it overall. Would drink again. Tried it with several cheeses, went very well with Cooleeney, a soft Irish cheese.
